Ingredients 500 gm. puff pastry
1 lb. minced meat/chicken
1 tsp. ginger/garlic paste
8-10 fresh green chilies
½ tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
¼ tsp. turmeric/1 tsp. salt
2-3 stalks spring onions
1 onion-finely chopped
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tin sweet corn
8 oz. potatoes-cut into cubed and boiled
½ oz. coriander leaves
1 lb. minced meat/chicken

Method
1) Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas mark6.
2) Cook minced meat thoroughly with spices.
3) Addonion, potatoes, sweet corn, spring onions and stir. Add garam masala and coriander leaves, leave to cool.
4) Cut pastry into 16 cubes and roll to3” square. Add chicken filling and fold into a triangle.
5) Place the triangle pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are puffed and golden. 6) Serve hot with a dip.
