We teach Martial Arts lessons 6 days a week to a variety of ages and abilities in both our Children’s and Family Classes. In the 3 years that we have been open, in Bobby Heywood House, we have helped more than 300 local people build their levels confidence, health and fitness in a fun yet safe environment.
The family classes, open to anyone aged 4 years and over, are taught by Daniel Hartley who is a 3rd Dan Instructor that has been teaching for over 7 years while Teresa Lynch teaches the children’s classes which are suitable for ages 3 to 6 years.
In addition to lessons we host Birthday Parties, Seminars, Summer Camps and other Events throughout the year as well as helping local charities, such as Bolton Hospice, raise much needed funds.
