Organisers have announced that Bolton is now home to the biggest Ironkids event in the world. 2,250 children took part this year and extra places up for grabsforthe 2015 event,to be held on July 18th, should see the number reaching 2,500. Bolton’s Ironkids race takes place in the town centre and is open to children aged from 3 to 14, with distance depending onthe ageofthe child.Familieswishing totakepart areurged to book their places now.
