Neighbourhood Engagement Event @ Halliwell & Crompton

Neighbourhood Engagement Event @ Halliwell & Crompton

The devolution of health and social care means that more decisions about Greater Manchester are made locally which is a great opportunity for service providers to incorporate service users’ expectations, ideas, and concerns in their agenda. To do so, it is essential to provide individuals, communities, and associations across Halliwell and Crompton Wards with opportunities to influence the policy and practice in their neighbourhoods and wider within the Bolton.

Accordingly, Bolton Community Development Partnership has teamed up with Halliwell and Crompton Neighbourhood Management, Bolton CVS, and HealthWatch Bolton to organise and co-host an engagement event which gives all the stakeholder an equal opportunity to express their perceptions, expectations, suggestions, and concerns about the Bolton Big Plan for Health and Social Care.

It gives us a great pleasure to invite your representatives to kindly participate in this neighbourhood engagement event to help the mainstream service providers to have a better understanding of the current situation in Halliwell and Crompton neighbourhood. Moreover, this would be a great opportunity for networking and meet the likeminded individuals and groups who are living or working across these two wards.

Date: Friday 29 September, 11-14:30

Venue: Halliwell UCAN Centre, Hatfield Road, Bolton, BL1 3BU

We would be grateful if you kindly circulate the attached flyer amongst your network to encourage broader participation in the event.
