Today, at monthly Unique Ladies Network at Bolton Whites, founded by lovely Suzy Orr, I not only met amazing, entrepreneurial women but also had the privilege to listen to Jo Wright. And, privilege it was!
Listening to Jo Wright was refreshingly different. The childhood trauma of loosing her mother to cancer and subsequently overcoming personal and professional challenges to become a successful coach is truly inspirational. She speaks from her heart. One can relate to her and this is what makes her exceptional.
Jo set up ‘Release the Potential’ to inspire, support and coach individuals and teams to make lasting changes, either in their work or personal life. Her experiences have taught her that the quality of leadership and line management are critical to how individuals perform. Given the right set of circumstances, all individuals and teams can thrive and perform at their best.
